Warranty Policy

Coverage:

We offer a global warranty for our water bottle Model- Series L1. This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including the LED lights, sensors, and charger.

Registration Requirement:

To activate your warranty, please register your product within 30 days of purchase on our website at [ Warranty Registration ] . You will need to provide your name, contact information, email id date, order id and product serial number.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team via email at contact@freshlyfarmed.us with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) and registered product details. Please provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

Resolution:

Upon verification of the issue, we will repair or replace the product, including the LED lights, sensors, and charger, at our discretion. In certain jurisdictions, you may also have the right to a refund.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse and Abuse: Any damage resulting from improper use, including but not limited to physical damage, exposure to extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, water immersion beyond specified limits), or use with incompatible accessories.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration of the product due to normal use, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or changes in colour.
• Accidents and Natural Disasters: Damage caused by accidents, falls, impact, fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
• Commercial Use: Products used for commercial or rental purposes.
• Third-Party Components: Issues arising from the use of third-party components, accessories, or consumables not provided by LWL8.
• Battery Life: Reduction in battery life due to normal ageing and usage of the product.
• Negligence: Damage resulting from neglect, including failure to properly maintain or clean the product as outlined in the user manual.

Local Consumer Laws:

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights under local consumer laws in your country, which are not affected by this warranty. For example, in the European Union, consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year warranty for certain products, including repairs, replacements, or refunds if the product is found to be faulty.

Voiding of Warranty:

The warranty is void if the product, including the LED lights, sensors, and charger, has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorised personnel.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
